The Church of the Holy Rosary is located in the eastern outskirts of Giurdignano, at the end of the street of the same name, overlooking the square dedicated to John Paul II. Next to the building stands the famous menhir, also dedicated to Our Lady of the Rosary.

With a Latin cross plan, the church features a unique roof: a large sloping plane crowns the nave, while the transept is topped by a gabled roof, on which rests a small metal bell tower with three bells and an iron cross. The external surfaces, white and plastered, are enhanced by the Lecce stone frame of the facade's oculus.

Inside, the single nave opens onto the presbytery and the transept, illuminated by the oculus, an annular window, and eight slit windows. The light, along with the stained glass windows, envelops the liturgical space in an atmosphere of contemplation.
